What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive administrative professional to provide exceptional support to senior executives within the finance industry. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of administrative expertise, technical skills, and personal qualities that enable them to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This individual will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding the highest level of professionalism.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion, while building trust and rapport with senior leaders
- Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Utilizing advanced technical skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to manage tasks, communicate, and present information
- Exhibiting sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external personnel, and provide proactive support to drive business results
What do you need to succeed?
- At least 7 years supporting senior executives within the finance industry
- Incredible organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management : The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism : The candidate should be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, while also maintaining a high level of trust and rapport with senior leaders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills : The candidate should be able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with senior leaders, internal personnel, and external parties.
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint : The candidate should be skilled in using Microsoft applications to manage tasks, communicate, and present information.
- A natural problem-solver who is calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments : The candidate should be able to think critically, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure, while also being driven, curious, and eager to take on more responsibility over time.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $75,000- $115,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
