We are currently looking for a Working Student – Accounting who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Accounting Manager (North America), your focus will be on supporting daily accounting operations while gaining hands-on experience in core financial processes. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for accuracy and structure with your collaborative mindset. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
What you will do
- Review and enter accounts payable invoices and process consumer refunds.
- Reconcile and record Visa transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
- Review and process employee expense reports.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts in NetSuite.
- Provide general support to Finance team members and assist with testing new Finance systems.
What you should bring
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
