What’s the role?

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIDO) is a core member of the executive leadership team, accountable for enabling the organization’s strategy through modern, secure, and scalable technology and payments capabilities. The CIDO provides strategic leadership over the enterprise technology ecosystem, including enterprise architecture, core banking platforms, digital and mobile applications, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and data enablement. This role ensures technology investments translate into improved member experience, organizational efficiency, and long‑term resilience.

Career Band Range (Annual Salary) - $229,600.00 to $287,000.00

The posted salary range is designed to reflect a broad career band, encompassing a variety of roles within our organization and serves as a general guideline. Your final compensation will be tailored to your unique skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the role.
