The Marketing Coordinator supports the Food & Ingredients Marketing team in delivering marketing programs, communications, and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen Richardson's brand and support business growth. With a primary focus on trade shows, customer events, and sales enablement activities, this role provides coordination and administrative support across a variety of marketing projects and communications.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences, including logistics, materials, vendor management, and post-event activities Support the execution of marketing programs, campaigns, customer communications, and sales enablement initiatives aligned with business objectives Develop, maintain, and coordinate marketing, sales, events, and digital content materials while supporting brand consistency across channels Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, budgets, reporting, and related administrative activities to support effective delivery and continuous improvement Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing priorities, content development, digital marketing activities, and customer engagement initiatives Provide administrative and project support to the Marketing team and perform other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, trade shows, or a related field, including relevant internship or co-op experience Experience supporting events, marketing campaigns, or projects from planning through execution Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with digital marketing platforms and Adobe Creative Suite is an asset Valid passport and ability to travel internationally (approximately 6–8 weeks annually) and work occasional evenings and weekends as required Richardson International provides an excellent compensation package consisting of competitive salary, pension, a flexible benefits plan and training and career development opportunities.
