POSITION OVERVIEW:
Oversee the planning and execution of data center programs, ensuring lifecycle management, facility buildouts and hosting initiatives are delivered efficiently, meet technical requirements and support organizational needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the delivery of lifecycle management (LCM) upgrades, new collocation (COLO) facility buildouts and cloud hosting initiatives, ensuring scope, quality and alignment with business priorities.
- Plan and coordinate timelines, resources and dependencies across internal? internal teams, vendors and external partners.
- Identify and manage risks, issues and change requests to protect schedule, budget and service continuity.
- Develop and maintain detailed project tracking and status reporting to provide transparency and support informed decision‑making.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, project management, business administration, or related field or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years of experience in project management or Project Management Office (PMO) roles, or information technology.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi‑vendor projects with minimal oversight.
- Strong knowledge of data center operations, colocation facilities, hybrid/cloud hosting models and infrastructure deployment best practices.
- Familiarity with freight, supply chain or operationally intensive industry solutions is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams toward common project goals.
- Ability mentor, coach and as a knowledge resource to other employees.
