About the role
Product Visionary
A key member of the Product Organization will balance business and technology decisions while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize new capabilities based on clear business cases.
- Measure success by ensuring business value is realized and capabilities are being used to their fullest.
- Support systems and capabilities by promoting defect fixes, frequently occurring support problems, and efficiency drains into your backlog.
- Communicate effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders through information sharing, listening sessions, training programs, and strategic vision presentations.
- Act as system SME by understanding how stakeholders use systems and providing vision and assistance to teams to get the most from the capabilities we enable.
- Maintain agile backlog by defining requirements, building stories, and performing user acceptance testing.
- Work collaboratively to navigate complex decision-making and influence product strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a product manager within the digital e-commerce industry.
- Agile product management frameworks proficiency and ability to build stories & manage an agile backlog.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of user experience and user-centered design principles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing platform products from concept to market.
- Cross-functional team experience including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
