If so, then come and join our team at Bartle & Gibson as a Junior Pricing Analyst! This is a 12-month contract position ideal for an entry-level candidate looking to gain hands-on experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in product pricing updates and basic maintenance tasks
- Help review and verify pricing data for accuracy before it is published
- Support the creation and updating of internal SKUs in our ERP system
- Respond to pricing inquiries and escalate more complex issues to senior team members
- Maintain clear and organized documentation of pricing processes and procedures
- Assist with preparing recurring reports for management and supply chain teams
- Help update and maintain internal dashboards and reporting tools
- Participate in data entry, audits, and reconciliations for pricing and product information
- Work with team members to identify and correct pricing discrepancies
- Support special projects, such as pricing clean-ups, product category reviews, or seasonal updates
- Other duties as required
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (completed or in progress)
- Detail-oriented – enjoys working with numbers and double-checking accuracy
- Organized – able to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
- Curious and eager to learn – open to new tools, systems, and methods
- Comfortably using Microsoft Excel for basic data manipulation (formulas, sorting, filtering)
- A good communicator who can work well with different departments
- Willing to adapt as pricing strategies and business needs change
