The Investor Centers provide RBCDI’s only person-to-person acquisition and service experience. The Centers service all client segments, but the business strategy is designed to focus on HNW and UHNW clients in our Royal Distinction program requiring an elevated level of service. This includes complex personal and non-personal account types and the review of acquisition opportunities requiring enhanced due diligence. The role is directly accountable for achieving the Investor Centers client and asset growth objectives, and for the growth and retention of a select group of DI’s largest and most profitable clients. Business results will be achieved through the implementation of effective networking and local market activities to attract new accounts and assets from new and existing RBC clients. As RBCDI’s flagship client facing service channel, the Toronto Investor Centre represent the brand, customer experience and professional image of the business.

Drive new client acquisition by engaging key partners to refer the right business to the RBC DI Investor Centers, focusing on profitable high value clients. Offer solutions and tools to facilitate understanding of DI products, services and procedures and participate in partners’ client meetings to assist in the administration of new and existing accounts.
Focus on networking externally with centers of influence to generate new business for RBCDI (e.g. lawyers, accountants, Industry Associations).
Assist RBCDI Regional Head to support RBC branch personnel with local branch visits and participate in business partner meetings.
Deliver educational seminars for new and existing customers and partner to promote awareness and use of the RBC DI website, tools, products and services. Follow up with one-on-one client sessions to promote new account usage.
