Associate Dentist – Ottawa West (Stittsville/Kanata Area) Full Schedule | Advanced Clinical Scope | Leadership Opportunity Looking for a role where you can fully utilize your clinical skillset and lead within a high-performing practice? This confidential opportunity offers a full schedule, advanced procedural mix, and the ability to step into a key clinical role within a modern, well-established practice in Ottawa West. Schedule Full-time (5 days/week) Monday: 11–7 Tuesday–Friday: 7–4 Why This Opportunity Full Schedule from Day One – Established patient demand Advanced Clinical Scope – Implants, bone grafting, endo, extractions Leadership Opportunity – Step into a key clinical role within the practice Modern, Fully Digital Clinic – iTero, Pan/Ceph, CEREC, Videa Health, paperless Practice Highlights - 9 operatory clinic with 2 chairs dedicated to associate - Nitrous sedation offered - Ongoing orthodontic cases in-house - High-performing team environment with opportunity to mentor and lead A Day in the Life - Deliver comprehensive care including restorative, surgical, and implant dentistry - Lead clinical decision-making and support team development - Work in a fast-paced, well-supported environment - Build and maintain a strong, consistent patient base What We’re Looking For - Experienced, clinically confident GP - Strong skillset in implants, surgery, and endodontics - Leadership mindset with team-building ability - Comfortable managing a full schedule independently The Opportunity This is a high-impact leadership role — ideal for a dentist ready to step into a fully booked schedule, utilize advanced skills, and play a key role in the long-term success of the practice with partnership. About You: Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements Valid CPR certification All applicants must be domiciled in Canada.
