We are looking for a professional, performance-driven BMW Service Advisor to join our Service Operations team. The Role As a BMW Service Advisor, you are the face of our service department and the critical liaison between our guests and our factory-trained technicians. You aren't just managing repair orders—you are managing relationships, translating technical data into transparent client communication, and acting as a trusted consultant for luxury vehicle maintenance and repair. Key Responsibilities Premium Client Experience: Greet luxury vehicle owners warmly, conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds, and establish clear expectations regarding diagnostic times, repair scope, and completion targets. Consultative Advising: Utilize Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to clearly demonstrate vehicle health, cross-reference service histories, and confidently present factory-scheduled maintenance and repair recommendations. Technician Liaison: Translate customer concerns into clear, accurate work orders for our shop; follow up closely with technicians on diagnostic progress and provide prompt, proactive updates to clients. Estimates & Pipeline Management: Build detailed labor and parts estimates, articulate the value of genuine BMW parts and service, and obtain explicit authorization prior to beginning work. Active Delivery: Oversee vehicle progress throughout the day, coordinate detailing/car wash completion before client arrival, review final invoices transparently, and ensure an seamless active delivery experience. What We Are Looking For Proven Experience: Prior experience as an automotive service advisor is highly preferred, with premium or import brand experience considered a major asset. Tech-Savvy Skillset: Proficiency with modern Dealership Management Systems (DMS) (Reynolds Ignite experience is a significant advantage) and comfortable navigating tablet-based DVI software. High-Calibre Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical concepts with simplicity, poise, and transparency under pressure. Process & Detail Driven: Highly organized multitasker who takes pride in absolute paperwork accuracy and following a strict, premium OEM service process. Requirements: Must possess a valid Saskatchewan driver’s license with a clean driving record. A successful criminal record check is a requirement for employment.
