Human Resource Coordinator (Term)

To add to this expertise, we are recruiting for aHuman Resource Coordinatorfor an12-month term****position, in ourWinnipeg officelocation, to join our collaborative and team focused organization.

As a**Human Resource Coordinator,**you will play a key role in recruiting, supporting employees, and helping deliver exceptional HR services across the organization.
Position Overview:

Supportrecruitment activitiesincluding posting jobs, pre-screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and delivering new hire orientations.

Provide day-to-dayadministrative supportto the HR and payroll team, including maintaining employee files, updating HR systems, and assisting with HR communications.

Point of contact forHR inquiriesfrom employees and external clients.
-
Supportbenefits administration, compliance tracking, and preparation / maintenance of HR metrics and reporting.

Coordinate training, supportprofessional development activities, and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications Needed:
-
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum two (2) years of progressive HR experience.
-
Strong understanding of HR principles and employment legislation.
-
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality as a core ethical responsibility of an HR professional.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.
