Job Description Join Our Purpose - Feeding the Future Role: Bagger Operator
Location: Sherwood Park
Hours: Full-Time. 10 Hour shift- 6 days on / 6 days off

What You’ll Do Bagger Operator plays a vital role in operating an automated bagging system, in a fast-paced environment, ensuring proper quality stock rotation.
- Maintaining proper stock rotation by operating automated bagging system
- Organizing work areas to ensure safety and cleanliness, ensuring workspace is clean and organized
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Perform other duties as required and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Who We’re Looking For
- Ability to regularly bend, twist, climb ladders and stairs, open/close lids and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 kg (55 lbs) regularly
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced physically demanding environment
- Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy, and variable-temperature environment
- Comfortable with use of personal protective equipment (e.g., hard hat, safety boots, etc.) as required
- Capable of operating equipment and working at heights and confined spaces when required
- Ability to work shift work is a MUST: Currently, we are operating on a 10-hour shift schedule, which will soon be transitioning to a 12-hour shift schedule. The new shifts will run from 10 am to 10 pm and from 10 pm to 10 am. We will be following 6 days on, 6 days off pattern, which will eventually move to a regular 12/4 shift pattern during the winter months
You’ll also need
- Class 5 license an asset
- Forklift and skid steer experience is an asset
- Basic computer skills and numeracy and accuracy
