- Appraising Vehicles: Appraise vehicle condition and value through detailed inspections, leveraging expert knowledge of mechanical systems and components to identify necessary repairs and overall worth.
What You'll Do:
- Vehicle Procurement: Identify, source, and purchase vehicles for resale, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Market Insight: Stay on top of market trends, pricing, and customer demand to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, private sellers, and auction houses to secure the best deals.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure a balanced inventory to meet market demands.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure optimal deals for the business.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in wholesaling, purchasing, or a related role within the automotive dealership industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and vehicle pricing strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license is a must.
- OMVIC License (mandatory)
