About the role

As a Customs Administrator**,** you will be a key player in supporting our customs-related issues and programs. Working closely with your team, you will use your exceptional customer service skills to build relationships with, and give support to, our Drivers, the customs brokerage community, and US and Canadian Customs agencies.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Providing eManifest information to Canada Customs via ACI
  • Providing eManifest information to US Customs via ACE
  • Communication with customers, drivers, custom brokers, border officers via telephone & email
  • Assisting customer service with any customs related issues

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong ability to adapt to varying situations
  • Exceptional problem solving abilities
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry and customs experience are considered assets

This position is subject to a Continental shift from 7:00-19:00.
