About the role
Top Defence Security Services Inc. is seeking a confident, energetic, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field-based role focused on door-to-door business development and client acquisition for our security services throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to approach prospective clients and effectively promote our security solutions. You should be self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently while representing the company in the field. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous sales experience, particularly within the security industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door enquiries and introduce company security services to potential clients
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and site visits
- Follow up with potential clients and assist in closing sales
- Maintain records of client interactions and business opportunities
- Coordinate with management regarding sales progress and market feedback
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
- Must live in or near Downtown Toronto
- Previous sales experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Experience working as a Security Guard in Ontario will be considered a strong asset
- Must be available to start immediately or within 3 weeks
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed annual salary: $47,000 to $55,000
- Additional 20% commission on profit value
- Compensation package may be negotiated based on interview performance, experience, and talent
- Opportunity for growth within the company
