The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who’s passionate about storytelling, brand building, and connecting with hardworking business owners. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who’s eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy - all while working with real trades and small business clients.
Responsibilities:
Support content creation and social media strategy for Blue Collar & Co. and our clients (Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook).
Assist with copywriting, scheduling, engagement, and analytics tracking.
Help plan and execute campaigns that align with our brand voice and client goals.
Collaborate with our internal team to develop creative ideas and marketing materials.
Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing and construction/trades industries.
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of social media or digital marketing experience (student or new grad welcome).
Strong writing and communication skills.
Eye for clean, professional design and storytelling.
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Based in Sylvan Lake or Central Alberta preferred (remote work available).
