We practice social procurement, investing at least 5% of our addressable spend, whether its on construction materials or the coffee for our sites, with businesses that are good for people and the planet.

Over 80% of our work is delivered using collaborative delivery models. In addition to our strength in Construction Management, we are the Canadian leader in Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). Our approach is born out of our simple desire to help others. Our process goes beyond design and construction; it brings value to the communities we serve.
