ROBINSON is seeking relationship-focused, sales-driven professionals who combine a passion for interior design with a proven ability to grow accounts. In this role, you’ll manage a dynamic territory, nurture long-term client relationships, and provide expert guidance on lighting, kitchen, and bath solutions through a consultative, client-focused approach.
We’re looking for motivated salespeople who thrive on building relationships, providing thoughtful solutions, and driving measurable business growth.
What you will do:
- Drive revenue and grow accounts by delivering expert guidance on design projects that meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with architects, designers, home builders, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand existing business and uncover new opportunities.
- Represent ROBINSON at trade shows and industry events, building your network and the company’s presence.
- Stay ahead of design trends and product knowledge to provide the most informed solutions for clients
About You:
- You are sales-driven but excel in a consultative, relationship-focused environment.
- You have 2+ years of experience selling decorative lighting and plumbing fixtures in a design-based or B2B setting.
- You are skilled at developing sales strategies, growing accounts, and achieving revenue targets.
- You enjoy collaborating with customers and colleagues to provide seamless service and solutions.
- You are passionate about interior design and confident in presenting tailored recommendations.
- You are comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications to manage accounts and sales activity.
