As our Greenhouse Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our greenhouse. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily greenhouse operations to maintain a healthy and thriving plant inventory.
- Leading and supporting a team of greenhouse staff to achieve productivity goals.
- Monitoring plant health, watering schedules, and pest management.
- Ensuring the greenhouse is clean, organized, and visually appealing for customers.
- Assisting customers with plant care advice and product recommendations.
- Managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
###What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in greenhouse operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- A solid understanding of plant care, including watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude and a passion for gardening.
