Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the Procurement and Supply Chain Teams in transitioning existing reports into Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency with current reporting.

• Update and enhance internal pricing files by integrating a more comprehensive historical dataset to support strategic planning for the upcoming Mexican Growing Season.

• Collaborate closely with team members to gather requirements, understand existing workflows, and provide reporting support as needed.

• Help document processes and best practices for reporting and data preparation workflows.

Education/Background Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a four-year university program focused in finance, business, management, data analytics, economics or a related field. Junior or senior level preferred.

• Familiarity with Excel and Power BI, strong attention to detail, and an interest in data analysis and reporting.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Knowledge of Power BI, and a strong understanding of analytical data reporting.

• Ability to present data clearly using visual tools in Power BI and similar platforms.

• Understanding of key supply chain and procurement processes, especially in agriculture or seasonal industries.

• Sense of self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

• Part-time, on-site in Kingsville, ON.

• Flexible scheduling based on class schedules.

• Typical office environment.

• May periodically travel to visit company facilities in USA and Canada.
