What You’ll Do
Leadership & Team Development
Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a team of Stylists and Key Holders Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven store culture Lead by example on the sales floor, setting the standard for client service and professionalism Conduct regular coaching conversations, performance reviews, and development planning Create schedules that support both business needs and team success
Client Experience & Sales
Deliver an exceptional and personalized luxury shopping experience Build and maintain long-term client relationships through outreach, styling appointments, and follow-up communication Drive sales performance and consistently achieve store goals and KPIs Identify opportunities to increase client retention and grow the boutique’s client book Lead local networking and community engagement initiatives
Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation
Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards Execute seasonal floor sets, product launches, and promotional initiatives Ensure the boutique reflects the Judith & Charles brand at all times
Operations & Inventory Management
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Manage inventory accuracy, stock organization, transfers, and replenishment Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures Analyze sales performance and utilize reporting tools to identify opportunities for growth
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, or premium retail Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team Strong sales and clienteling skills Passion for fashion, styling, and exceptional customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
