About the role

Calling All Awesome Marketing Interns!!!

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Cold Outreach & Lead Generation Intern to support our outbound sales efforts. This internship is ideal for someone interested in sales, marketing, and business development who wants to gain hands-on experience with modern prospecting strategies and CRM tools.

The program is a 3-month remote internship, during which you will assist in fulfilling various digital marketing tasks for your mentioned business for 10 hours per week. This is an unpaid program whose end goal is to provide students with a higher chance of getting hired in the digital marketing space after completing our apprenticeship program.

Check with your school's Internship Coordinator BEFORE accepting the hiring offer to determine if this position satisfies the criteria for receiving academic credit.

Responsibilities Research and identify qualified prospects using LinkedIn and other online platforms. Build and maintain accurate lead lists. Execute personalized cold outreach through LinkedIn and email. Support lead generation campaigns and outbound prospecting initiatives. Update and manage CRM records to ensure data accuracy. Track outreach activities and campaign performance. Collaborate with the team to improve messaging and outreach strategies.

Requirements Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms is an advantage. A willingness to learn and receive feedback.
