Position Type: Temporary Full-Time
Duration: 6-12 Months
Opportunity Summary
Associated Ambulance is currently accepting expressions of interest for one (1) Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) position based out of our Breton station for a temporary full-time assignment anticipated to last 6-12 months.
This position follows a Core/Flex rotation consisting of four (4) days on followed by four (4) days off.
In accordance with the Core Values and Strategic Direction of Associated Ambulance, the key priorities within the organization are quality, patient safety, and employee safety. Responsibility for these priorities is shared by all employees of Associated Ambulance, and the commitment to continuously improve both quality and safety is a key performance expectation for every role within the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
The successful applicant(s) will possess the following qualifications:

Valid PCP practice permit meeting the requirements for EMS practice in Alberta.

Current, valid Alberta Class 4 Driver’s License.

Up to date with all mandatory and required training, including MCP and PDIC.

Applicants must disclose in their Expression of Interest (EOI) any commitments that could impact their ability to fulfill the requirements of the full-time position.

Successful completion of FARE in past 6 months.
Core Flex Schedule
The successful applicant(s) will work on the basis of:

Four (4) days on
-
Followed by four (4) days off
