REGULAR FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE
(Posting No. LL2026-053)
POSITION/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations associated with maintaining the facilities and
services of Lanark Lodge.
- Grade twelve (12) and minimum two (2) year diploma in building maintenance or deemed
skills equivalent of up to two (2) years.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in maintenance at a similar sized facility.
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical and mechanical
schematics/drawings.
- Proficient computer skills, previous experience with computerized preventative
maintenance systems an asset.
This is an existing vacant position with a salary range of $28.57 to $29.45 hourly (2026 rates)
as per the C.U.P.E Collective Agreement.
