Responsabilités du poste de technicien comptable
- Effectuer le cycle complet comptable
- Préparer les conciliations bancaires mensuelles pour différents sites de stationnement
- Participer à la préparation des états financiers mensuels
- Assurer le suivi des comptes de dépenses et des cartes de crédit (plateforme FLOAT)
- Produire les remises gouvernementales (TPS/TVQ)
- Soutenir l’équipe dans diverses tâches administratives et comptables, au besoin
Condition du poste de technicien comptable
- DEP ou DEC en comptabilité
- 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- À l’aise avec les outils technologiques et systèmes informatiques (dont Excel et Google Sheets)
- Personne minutieuse, organisée et autonome
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs mandats simultanément
- Bonne connaissance du logiciel Zoho
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) l'employé doit collaborer avec des personnes à toronto
