Temporary Records Management Assistant
Effective Immediately - up to 6 Month Contract
This position will focus on records management in a confidential office environment. This position will support in organizing, culling and documenting records as well as assisting in the further development of records management processes.
Location: (In Person) West Ferris Secondary School & North Bay Head Office
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Proficiency in the understanding of and ability to follow guidelines regarding Confidentiality
- Experience with manual filing
- Demonstrated ability to function within Microsoft Office applications including Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail Working at Heights training is considered an asset
Hours of Work**:** Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
Rate of Pay: $18.00 per hour (plus 4% vacation pay and applicable statutory holiday pay)

About Near North District School Board
Whitestone Lake Central School, located in the village of Dunchurch, is a Kindergarten to Grade 8 school. The school serves the communities of Ahmic Harbor, Ardbeg, Dunchurch and Maple Island.
