We are currently looking for Specialist Endpoint, Configuration to join our team reporting to the Senior Manager, IT End User Operations.
As a Specialist Endpoint, Configuration, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of all computer systems hardware, leading projects for computer and lab refreshes and deployments, and executing specialized deployments. This role involves developing, testing, and installing images for desktops, laptops, and netbooks. Additionally, the specialist maintains accurate databases and spreadsheets, adhering to data requests.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Develop and implement Intune policies for device compliance, configuration, and security.
- Automate tasks and processes using PowerShell and other scripting languages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to endpoint management and Intune configurations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Intune with other management tools and systems.
- Monitor, remediate, and report on the health and compliance of managed devices.
- Provide training and support to IT staff on Intune functionalities and best practices.
- Configure, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
- Escalations handling from Service Desk
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in endpoint management, with a focus on Microsoft Intune
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune, including policy creation, device enrollment, and compliance management
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) is required
- Experience administering in an Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 environments
- Vulnerability Management skills for desktop OS class is required
- Excellent communication skills and team player
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proven experience in deploying and managing devices using Intune
- Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, and Radius)
- Experience working within a structured process methodology (i.e., ITIL)
- Knowledge of Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems
