We are currently seeking a File Clerk to join our Office Services team based in the Firm’s Charlottetown, PEI office.

Type of Position: Full-Time, Contract (6 months)

Close Date : February 20, 2026

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dependable and organized File Clerk to help maintain our filing systems, manage closed file records, and support daily office operations across multiple areas of law.

The successful candidate will assist with photocopying, scanning, binding, in‑office deliveries, and will provide backup coverage for reception. The File Clerk will also be responsible for light housekeeping duties, such as maintaining kitchen areas, managing paper supplies, and handling weekly cardboard disposal.

The ideal candidate has experience in a business environment, strong attention to detail, robust communication skills, as well as the ability to bend, stretch and lift file boxes up to 20 lbs.
