About the role

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a market research, product marketing, business analysis, or similar role (experience in B2B SaaS or HR tech is a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to drive business recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present findings to diverse audiences
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for uncovering meaningful patterns in data
  • Familiarity with win/loss analysis methodologies and tools
  • Experience with key platforms including SharePoint, Salesforce, Crayon, Dovetail,Clozd, and Microsoft 365 is considered an asset
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus

What the job involves

  • We are seeking an analytical GTM leader to join our dynamic team within Product Marketing
  • In this role, you will play a pivotal part in collecting, analyzing, and communicating market and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions and elevate our go-to-market strategies
  • In addition, you will help guide our GTM and product investments by evaluating the business impact of investments concepts to drive prioritization
  • Administer the win/loss analysis tool, request interviews with internal and external stakeholders, and analyze collected results
  • Regularly review and evaluate win/loss data to identify themes, opportunities, and risks
  • Develop presentations and concise reports that summarize insights, highlight key trends, and provide actionable recommendations to the product marketing and sales teams
  • Partner with Revenue and Product leadership to run analysis of the business impact of GTM and product investments to help prioritize our strategies
  • Monitor industry and market trends, aggregating and consolidating key analyst and industry reports
  • Identify and surface emerging themes and trends relevant to Achievers' offerings and the broader HR technology landscape
  • Develop and maintain internal reports and points of view (POVs) to inform decision-making and shape company positioning
  • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, customer success, and executive leadership to communicate insights and support strategic initiatives
  • Create compelling presentations and dashboards for internal stakeholders, distilling complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards for go-to-market campaigns and product launches to track full pipeline metrics—from lead generation to closed deals to customer retention
  • Support strategic projects that bring together a wide variety of data points across the business to produce actionable insights that inform decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement of the day-to-day function of the Product Marketing organization by developing scalable templates, processes, and tools to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
