The ACDelco Network Analyst is responsible for delivering data-driven insights that support Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Leadership across the Canadian Independent Automotive Aftermarket. This role serves as a centralized analytical resource, focused on building, maintaining, and automating reporting tools that enable informed decision-making for internal teams and customers.

This position is an individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on operational reporting, dashboard development, and data integrity.

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and automate Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  • Own and manage structured datasets using Microsoft Access and related tools to consolidate internal GM systems with external customer data.
  • Analyze customer sales data to identify fast-moving parts, sales trends, and inventory opportunities.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute T90 reports identifying the fastest-moving parts sold by customers, supporting inventory planning, assortment optimization, and sales execution.
  • Produce recurring operational reports covering sales performance, inventory productivity, network coverage, loyalty program performance, and OE mix.
  • Manage and analyze customer back end rebate programs, including tracking accruals, validating performance metrics, and supporting reconciliation and reporting processes.
  • Provide data insights and dashboards to support internal team planning, execution tracking, and performance reviews.
  • Deliver customer-facing analytics to support Warehouse Distributor business reviews and joint planning discussions.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to support opportunity sizing, program measurement, and execution tracking.
  • Support loyalty programs (PSC, ACE, KFLT, RSSP) through reporting and analytical support as a secondary responsibility.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, documentation, and repeatable reporting processes.
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Performance Metrics

  • Adoption and consistent use of dashboards and reports by internal teams.
  • Accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of recurring operational reporting, including T90 analysis and rebate reporting.
  • Reduction in manual reporting and spreadsheet-based analysis.
  • Quality and clarity of insights provided to internal teams and customers.

Tools and System Needs

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and automated refresh processes.
  • Strong Microsoft Access skills, including relational database design and query development.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data validation, modeling, and exception analysis.
  • Experience working with ERP, sales reporting, and financial systems such as SAP, SRS, Cognos, or equivalent platforms.
  • Ability to integrate multiple internal and external data sources into a consistent reporting framework.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Successful completion of a University degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting operational teams with dashboards, recurring reporting, and customer sales analysis.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in the Canadian automotive aftermarket or B2B distribution environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory productivity metrics, fast-moving SKU analysis, rebate programs, and channel economics.
  • Knowledge of GM Customer Care and Aftersales systems and processes.
  • Bilingual English and French.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $97,300.00 to $146,000.00. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
