This 18-month contract role supports the National Leader of Aon's Financial Services Broking Group. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and seamless executive support.

What the day will look like
- Prepare and produce presentations, correspondence, and related materials with precision and professionalism.
- Coordinate complex meeting logistics—on-site and off-site—including budgeting, travel, room reservations, catering, and materials.
- Actively participate in leadership meetings, capturing follow-ups and notes.
- Independently manage projects and maintain organized data across OneNote, SharePoint, and internal databases.
- Attend business town halls to maintain visibility with senior leaders.
- Provide backup support to fellow administrative assistants as needed.
Broking-Specific Responsibilities
- Follow up and review client information to support broking activities.
- Assist in creating submissions and proposals for renewals and new business.
- Liaise with insurers to obtain quotations and documentation.
- Review documentation for new contracts, policy changes, additions, deletions, and renewals.
- Support national initiatives and collaborate across teams.
- Build productive relationships with peers and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an administrative capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to compose materials from rough notes or contextual knowledge.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a polished professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize work independently and communicate progress effectively.
- High attention to detail, superior writing skills, and excellent customer service.
- Creative problem-solving and a proactive mindset.
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
