What's in it for you?

-Meaningful, real**‑****world experience:**Work on initiatives that directly support operations at Canada’s busiest international airport, with clear visibility into how your work contributes to tangible outcomes. -**Broad exposure to org-wide transformation:**Gain hands‑on experience across multiple disciplines within the Transformation Office, including project management, business architecture, and change management. -**A dynamic, fast‑paced learning environment:**Build structured problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and delivery skills through impactful projects in a fast paced, complex organization.

What can you expect from this position?

As anAssociate, Transformation Delivery, you will act as a generalist across the Transformation Office, supporting the execution of enterprise initiatives from problem definition through to delivery and adoption. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, transformation practitioners, and business partners to help translate priorities into action.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys figuring out what needs to be done, structuring the work, and helping drive it forward, rather than specializing narrowly in analysis or project administration.

As an Associate, Transformation Delivery, you will:

  • Support the delivery of transformation initiatives by helping define scope, structure workplans, track progress, and surface risks or issues that need attention.
  • Contribute across multiple Transformation Office disciplines, including:
    • Project management: supporting planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives.
    • Business architecture: helping clarify current‑state vs. future‑state processes, roles, or ways of working.
    • Change management: supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption activities.
    • Transformation strategy: turning ideas and plans into actionable roadmaps and implemented outcomes.
  • Help prepare clear, executive‑level materials (briefings, decks) that synthesize issues, options, and implications.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather inputs, facilitate discussions, and move work forward.
  • Support teams in assessing progress and needs, helping identify where course‑correction or support is needed.
  • Contribute to communications and change activities that help leaders and teams understand what’s changing, why it matters, and what’s expected.
  • Be coached by experienced transformation practitioners and exposed to how complex decisions are made and delivered in a real operating environment.

This is the role for you, if you:

  • Are in or entering your final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, or a related field, or are completing a Masters in Management or MBA.
  • Have a strong interest in large‑scale, real‑world problem solving and how organizations execute change.
  • Are comfortable working in ambiguous environments where problems are not fully defined upfront.
  • Can structure problems, synthesize information, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Enjoy working across different teams and disciplines rather than in a narrowly defined role.
  • Bring a delivery mindset – you care about outcomes, not just ideas or tasks.
  • Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Are able to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Have a genuine interest in aviation and complex, operational environment.
  • Can obtain and retain a Transportation Security Clearance.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving messy problems, learning quickly, and seeing your work turn into real‑world outcomes.

The GTAA is committed to Employment Equity and maintaining a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

**Application Deadline:**Monday, March 23rd at 5:00 PM.
