- Provide a student-centered, inquiry-based, and collaborative approach to the delivery of the B.C. curriculum
- Support the growth and development of individual learners
- Build positive relationships with teachers and staff across the school community
- Be an active and positive participant in the co-curricular program
- Participate in school meetings and events, including school planning and professional development
- Create a positive and supportive culture for learning
**Qualifications & Requirements **
- Certification: Must hold a valid Professional Teaching Certificate and be in good standing with the TRB.
- Curriculum Expertise: Familiarity with the BC Curriculum an asset (Core Competencies, Big Ideas and First Peoples Principles).
- IB Experience: Preferred (not essential) prior experience or training in the International Baccalaureate (PYP/MYP) framework
- English Fluency: A strong command of the English language is essential
