Location: Oshawa, ON.
Salary: $22-$24 per hour.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Hybrid Inside & Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a dynamic mix of inside sales (phone and email communications, lead follow-ups, CRM management) and outside sales (client visits, presentations, on-site consultations). You will be responsible for promoting and selling both cleaning services and commercial building services to a range of clients in the Oshawa area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, following up on leads, and managing CRM records.
- Perform outside sales duties, such as meeting clients on-site, conducting presentations, and providing tailored service solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum experience in sales or customer service (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively between inside and outside sales.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of cleaning and commercial building services is an asset but not required.
