At Our Facility In St-Marys You Can Develop Your Full Potential, Sustainably, By Applying Your Expertise Within The Packaging Team As The Quality Lead

  • Implementation and monitoring of the quality daily management activities in collaboration with the quality team at the group level
  • Responsible in the implementation, monitoring, and audit of the various certifications
  • Lead customers interaction in collaboration with internal stakeholders for the execution of customer qualifications, product qualifications and evaluation of plant improvement opportunities from the complaint management system
  • Establishes and analyzes site quality objectives regarding product issues, defective materials, customer, and supplier complaints
  • Participate in the implementation of improvement projects in collaboration with the operations team
  • Responsible for training and awareness of staff on quality (principles, procedures, quality culture)
  • Contribute to improve the group synergy and global success through our containerboard network

You Too, Put Forward Your Strengths

  • 5+ years of experience with quality standards, auditing process and knowledge of industry regulations
  • 1+ years of progressive leadership and coaching experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, course or certification in quality management, or a combination of the above
  • Certifications in quality systems (e.g., Six Sigma belts, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, ISO 9001) are considered an asset
  • Experience with food safety standards (e.g., BRCGS) is considered an asset
