IT proudly provides the computer systems, security, IT services and governance that support AGLC’s businesses, including the operation & support of mission critical gaming, liquor and corporate systems running on a variety of computing platforms. IT ensures the stability and performance of a Local/Wide Area Network, which supports over 1,200 gaming locations and more than 2,000 computers/tablets, 150 physical and 2,000 virtual servers distributed across six corporate offices, casinos, RECs and bingo halls. IT provides leadership in the use of information technology, data and systems to help the AGLC achieve business goals and objectives.

Salary: $75,282.52 - $103,366.67

JOB SUMMARY

If so, AGLC is looking for two, temporary (24 months) experienced Automation Analysts to join our team!

About the Role

Our automation team is hyper-focused on creating capacity in the organization by automating business processes. As an Automation Analyst, you’ll be part of a small, agile team working through over 100 automation candidate initiatives across the organization. Your passion for using technology to increase efficiency, improve accuracy and enable innovation will shine through in the solutions you propose and develop for our business units.

As an Automation Analyst, you will work directly with our business teams. You will be leading requirements gathering and application development using a variety of no-code/low-code solutions (predominately Microsoft Power Platform). You’ll play a key role in interpreting business goals and translating them into technical solutions, guiding the development of automation initiatives, and contributing to the organization’s automation roadmap. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in Microsoft and a working knowledge of Salesforce, and SAP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of automation projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
  • Meet with business units to understand where technology can be infused into their current processes to gain capacity.
  • Documents requirements and present proposed solution to the business for approval.
  • Design and develop approved automation solutions across platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership, training, and digital literacy support to stakeholders as automations are rolled out.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in automation and application development, in addition to a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
