About the role

Job Description As a Cust Exp Administrator here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the customer experience by ensuring efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to resolve customer issues promptly and satisfactorily, thereby fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction. You will also be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

In this role, you will impact the overall customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your efforts will contribute to building strong customer relationships and enhancing the reputation of Honeywell as a customer-centric organization. By continuously improving customer service processes, you will help drive operational excellence and support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of quality improvement documentation.
  • Support technical writing efforts to create clear and concise operational documents.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation for facility operations and maintenance.
  • CMMS, PM traceability projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and inventory management systems.
  • Streamline and standardize client documentation, including project documents and updates related to Variations to meet PA compliance

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience in customer service or customer experience management.
  • Proven ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a large organization.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify trends.
