Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Kawartha Lakes, Ontario (ideal candidate lives within 45-60 minutes)
Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 + performance bonus

What Will You Do?
- Manage and grow relationships with major retail and foodservice accounts
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities within your territory
- Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events
What Do You Bring?
- 3-5+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in food, beverage, dairy or Retail
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage large accounts and negotiate at a senior level
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent communication skills
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively
- Residency within 45 minutes to 1 hour of Kawartha Lakes, Ontario
