Marketing Intern Department: Human Ressources Reports To: HR Generalist/TA Manager Location: Hybrid (2-3 days at Blue Moon Metals Toronto office, 2-3 days work-from-home Duration: 3-6 months Position Summary Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, Blue Moon Metals is a growing mining company focused on building and operating responsible mining projects in the United States, and Norway. We are seeking a Marketing Intern to support the Corporate Development and HR teams through communications, branding design, recruitment initiatives, and special projects that promote the Blue Moon brand and culture. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international mining company while contributing to projects that strengthen Blue Moon's brand and engagement with employees, candidates, investors, and the broader community. This role targets students or recent graduates with strong communication skills, a creative approach, and an interest in storytelling, branding, and corporate communications. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Digital Marketing Assist in creating engaging content for social media, company announcements, and marketing campaigns. Design graphics, presentations, and promotional materials using design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Support the maintenance and updating of Blue Moon’s website and digital content. Help develop recruitment marketing materials and employer branding initiatives. Support the coordination of internal and external company events, including career fairs, employee engagement, and site-based community events Corporate Communications Assist with internal communications and company-wide announcements, leveraging the Microsoft 365 environment to enhance employee interaction. Support the preparation of newsletters, presentations, and corporate updates. Help maintain consistent branding across company materials. Administrative Support Conduct market and competitor research. Organize digital marketing assets and maintain content libraries. Track engagement metrics and assist with reporting on marketing initiatives. Provide general administrative support to the Corporate and HR teams as required. Qualifications Education Current student or recent graduate of a post-secondary program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related field. Experience & Skills Experience creating content for social media or marketing campaigns. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing principles. Experience with Canva and Microsoft 365. Photography, videography, or basic video editing skills are an asset. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is considered an asset. Interest in mining, sustainability, natural resources, or corporate communications is beneficial. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn. Please Note: This is a paid internship with flexibility for part-time or full-time work, dependent on the student’s schedule. Co-op programs are supported. The intern must be able to report to the Toronto office as required. Pay Range & Compensation Package

Zinc and copper are currently on the USGS and EU list of metals critical to the global economy and national security.
