Purpose of the role
Reporting to the Marketing Strategy Manager, the Fashion Product Strategy Coordinator plays a key role in showcasing our collections by acting as the product reference point for internal teams. They attend strategy presentations and serve as a bridge between the marketing team and the photo studio. They are responsible for preparing all necessary documents for creative photo and video shoots, e-commerce, and campaign productions, while providing the required support to teams throughout their execution. Organized and detail-oriented, the coordinator ensures that collection details, product information, and unique features are well understood and leveraged to support marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the products to serve as a reference for internal teams
- Attend marketing strategy presentations and communicate relevant product information
- Create preparation documents for creative, e-commerce, and campaign photo and video shoots, based on gathered directives
- Support marketing strategy development by identifying photo and video needs across various teams
- Communicate detailed guidelines to the photo studio team to ensure marketing and buying needs are met
- Collaborate with the Photo Studio Manager to communicate model booking requirements
- Ensure all collection samples are photographed within deadlines and follow up on progress
- Anticipate upcoming photo shoot needs in line with strategies and timelines
- Coordinate, with the Sample Management Assistant, sample requests for photo shoots from various marketing strategy teams
- Plan and coordinate the production and distribution of La Vie en Rose collection books
- Coordinate cyclical updates of product knowledge files and reference documents in collaboration with the team
- Identify and report product representation issues on e-commerce photos before they go live, supporting the marketing strategy team
- Provide ad hoc support to the marketing strategy team as needed
- Coordinate any other projects related to product marketing
Your profile
- Strong interest in fashion and trends: you’re passionate about the fashion world and stay on top of the latest trends to better understand each collection’s essence
- Clear and natural communicator: you share information with ease and collaborate effectively with different teams
- Attention to detail and organization: nothing escapes your eye, you love structure, and you manage your priorities with precision
- Solution-oriented mindset: you’re resourceful and quick to find answers when faced with challenges

Requirements
- Degree in Fashion Marketing or a related field (an asset)
- Two to three years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
