Salary: $59,261.67 - $66,993.01 – Temporary Full-Time, based on a 35-hour work week.

An additional 10.75% Job Family Market Multiplier will be added to the posted salary.

About the Job:
The Corporate Property Coordinator (Coordinator) leads the coordination and delivery of integrated workplace services and operational support for BCER’s offices. As an on-site representative of the Corporate Property & Administration Branch, the role ensures continuity of business operations, coordination of critical assets and services, and a safe, productive work environment that aligns with corporate standards and strategic goals.

This position exercises considerable independence and judgement in managing a wide range of operational functions, including vendor and contractor oversight, emergency response coordination, facilities maintenance and planning support, asset lifecycle management, and employee workplace services. The Coordinator also contributes to organizational performance by identifying and implementing improvements to office systems, service delivery, and employee experience programs.

The Coordinator liaises regularly with internal leadership, external partners, and government agencies to coordinate initiatives, ensure compliance, and resolve complex operational challenges. As a subject matter expert for local office operations, this role is accountable for aligning front-line delivery with broader corporate property strategies and providing timely, strategic input into planning and problem-solving.
