The mission of the Project Management Office is to advance corporate business capabilities by bringing the highest impact projects to life.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a unique opportunity to join the Project Management Office (PMO), where you will be part of a team of certified Project Management Professionals responsible for delivering the most important, complex projects that bring new capabilities and innovations to the organization. As an Intern in PMO, you will have the chance to be involved in one of our large-scale projects to support project planning, development, and execution to ensure all requirements are delivered to a high quality, on time, and on budget. As PMO projects are highly cross-functional with exposure to business experts and cross-functional leaders, you will gain subject matter expertise in coveted business areas while you grow your project management skills to transform the biggest ideas into reality. Our goal is that you will come out of your internship inspired, with meaningful experience and an enhanced skill set you can carry forward into your bright future.
THE ROLE
As an intern in PMO, you will:
- Champion the best project methodologies across the organization for the highest project success
- Support the delivery of transformative projects with the most value at the right time with the right resourcing
- Develop and maintain project artifacts and report on overall project status and critical decisions
- Partner with the project team to ensure the completion of key project deliverables at each milestone
- Interface with key stakeholders and support the facilitation of steering meetings and project communications
- Cultivate a positive team environment, motivate, and engage project members as we work towards our common goal
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Intern, PMO has/is:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date of April 2026 to April 2027
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Project or Operations Management
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
- Passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry
- Skills and experience related to Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management
- A logical, organized approach with an appreciation for structure and details
- A problem solver who thinks critically to develop insightful solutions
- Work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valued

- Business growth initiatives (e.g. product category expansions and brand collaborations)
- Business optimizations, process improvements, and change management
Hands-on experience that allows you to make a direct impact on a project during your internship
- Create or contribute to analysis and presentations that will aid senior leadership in making lasting decisions
- Cultivate strong relationships spanning multiple departments to manage cross-functional teams and partners
- Organize resources, priorities, and deliverables to ensure efficient, effective, and on-time execution of work
Develop leadership and problem-solving skills that are transferable to any future career path or industry
- Learn different ways of working to approach multiple conflicting priorities while under strict deadlines
- Strengthen your adaptability to keep your sights on the big picture while immersed in the details
- Enhance your ability to inspire team members and lead change when faced with roadblocks

- Internship Dates: May 11 – July 31, 2026 (12 weeks)
- Location: Vancouver, BC
- Successful candidates must be able to work at the primary work location and self-relocate if necessary
