As a Deposit Administrator, you will:

Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to members and staff on a wide range of deposit and investment products such as RRSPs, RRIFs, TFSAs, and GICs.

Accurately process transactions including new deposits, renewals, redemptions, and transfers.

Ensure reports and records are completed on time and meet regulatory requirements.

Deliver administrative support to keep systems, documentation, and correspondence organized and up to date.

Stay current on financial regulations to ensure members receive trusted, compliant service.
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- High School diploma with at least one year financial institution experience.
Skills & Abilities

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to process information accurately and efficiently.

Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative team player with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Salary Range: $46,000 - $54,100.

This is a 1 year term position.
Additional Details
All offers of employment are conditional upon the acceptance of an Individual Fidelity Bond Application, which includes a criminal check and credit check.
Bondability Requirement
Candidates must meet the requirements to be bondable under a fidelity bond policy. This may include considerations such as criminal history, credit standing, and other factors assessed by our insurer.
