We are currently seeking a high-energy, sophisticated Business Development Representative

to join our team. This role is designed for a "hunter" who thrives on identifying high-value opportunities and securing long-term corporate partnerships.

The Role: Strategic Sales & Growth

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the face of Havenoro to prospective high-volume clients. You won't just be selling apparels; you will be selling brand identity solutions

. Your focus will be on hunting for large-scale leads, including corporate spirit wear programs, event-based merchandise, and recurring fulfillment contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:

    Identify and target high-value B2B leads, including corporate HR departments, marketing agencies, large-scale events, and educational institutions.

  • Consultative Selling:

    Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client needs, recommending optimal garment choices and decoration methods (DTF, Flat & Puff Vinyl).

  • Strategic Outreach:

    Utilize a multi-channel approach (cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and email sequences) to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • CRM Management:

    Maintain meticulous records within the Havenoro CRM platform

    , tracking lead progression and ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • Account Growth:

    Move prospects through the sales funnel from initial contact to the closing of the first major contract, ensuring a smooth handoff to production.

Compensation & Career Path

At Havenoro, we believe in rewarding performance. We utilize a "prove-it" model that ensures our reps are experts in the craft before moving into a salaried structure.

  • Probation Period (Months 1–3):

    This is a performance-based "Skills & Knowledge Test." During this period, compensation is Commission-Only

    . This allows you to demonstrate your hunting capabilities and master our product offerings and CRM software.

  • Post-Probation (Month 4+):

    Upon successful completion of probation, you will transition to a Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

    structure.

  • Earning Potential:

    Total on-target earnings (OTE) are expected to exceed $50,000+

    in the first year, with significant upside for high-performers securing large-scale corporate contracts.

Requirements

  • The "Hunter" Mentality:

    A proven track record of finding and closing new business in a B2B environment.

  • Professionalism:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for pitching to C-suite executives and procurement managers.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    Comfortable using modern sales stacks; experience with CRM tools is a must (Havenoro provides full software access and training).

  • Industry Knowledge:

    Previous experience in custom apparel, promotional products, or print-on-demand is a significant asset but not required for a candidate with a stellar sales pedigree.
