On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer.
The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in optimizing production processes and ensuring efficiency within the Engineering & Manufacturing department. This position focuses on continuous improvement within the industrial/manufacturing industry.

Description
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement production improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing activities.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance production capabilities and quality control.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports on production performance.
- Support the training and development of production staff on new processes and technologies.
Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- A degree in engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with technical documentation and process development.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $100000 to $110000 CAD.
