**Reports to:**Warehouse and Purchasing Manager
Role Overview
Betz Pools Limited is looking for a dependable and detail-orientedWarehouse Associateto join our team. This position plays an important role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our warehouse operations while supporting our field technicians and contractors.
The Warehouse Associate will report to both theWarehouse & Purchasing Managerand theInventory Control Supervisorand will help ensure inventory accuracy, smooth shipping and receiving processes, and an organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Order Fulfillment
- Pick and prepare orders for service technicians, contractors, and customers
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software (NetSuite)
- Use handheld scanners to move and track inventory
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or missing inventory
- Transport materials between warehouse locations and off-site storage if required
Warehouse Organization
- Receive and unpack incoming inventory
- Label, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Ensure all inventory is easily accessible and properly stored
Shipping & Receiving
- Verify incoming shipments by comparing packing slips with purchase orders
- Inspect incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality
- Process shipping and receiving documentation
- Coordinate shipments with carriers and prepare orders for dispatch
- Properly package items according to company standards
Communication & Support
- Communicate inventory issues, shortages, and returns to management
- Support warehouse staff and technicians with inventory procedures
- Assist with general warehouse operations and logistics as needed

A great Warehouse Associate will help ensure:
- Inventory isorganized, labeled, and easy to locate
- Orders for technicians and contractors areprepared quickly and accurately
- Inventory discrepancies areidentified and corrected quickly
- Shipping and receiving operations runsmoothly and efficiently
- The warehouse remainssafe, clean, and professional
Qualifications
Required:
- ValidOntario Driver’s License -Forklift certification
- Ability to liftup to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable usingcomputers and inventory systems
Preferred:
- 2-3 years previouswarehouse experience
- Experience operatingforklifts or bobcats
- Experience withNetSuite, Oracle, or similar inventory software
- Experience withshipping carriers and waybills
Skills & Attributes
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset
- Strong attention to detail
Hours
- Monday to Friday -6:00 AM start time
- 10–11 hour shifts during peak season
- Occasional Saturday work during busy periods
Compensation
$22 – $24 per hourdepending on experience
