YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:
Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, you will be part of the Human Resources Department. Agnico Eagle is undertaking a strategic transformation of its Human Capital Management (HCM) systems through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. You will lead the organizational change strategy and ensure successful adoption of the new platform across all business units. You will drive change readiness, communication, training, and engagement activities and bring deep expertise in change management, HR business processes, HR technology implementations, and stakeholder alignment across complex organizations. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

Work with external consultants to develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with Agnico Eagle’s transformation goals.

Collaborate with external consultants to integrate change management activities into the overall SuccessFactors project plan.

Conduct stakeholder analysis and build tailored engagement plans.

Partner with consultants to identify and mobilize change champions across departments.

Design and deliver targeted communication plans to articulate the vision, benefits, and impact of the transformation.

Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external teams.

Lead training needs assessments and coordinate role-based learning programs with consulting partners.

Support the development of user guides/job aids, FAQs, and onboarding materials.

Assess organizational readiness and identify resistance points.

Monitor adoption metrics and user sentiment to refine strategies post-launch.

Establish feedback loops and mechanisms for ongoing support and optimization.

Collaborate with HR, IT, business leaders, and consultants to embed new behaviors and processes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field

5+ years of experience in change management, preferably with some experience in large-scale systems implementations.

Strong understanding of HR processes.

Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is considered an asset.

Experience working with external consulting firms in transformation programs.

Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset.

Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Your Work Schedule:
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday at our Corporate Office in Toronto, ON. Occasional visits to site may also be required.
