  • You’ve got the experience. To be successful in this role, we’re looking for an individual with strong B2B full-cycle sales experience. Proven leadership, mentorship or instructor experience is highly preferred

What the job involves

  • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and increased brand awareness, as well as supporting senior members of our Revenue team
  • You’ll have the opportunity to jumpstart your career at a truly exciting place to work

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation – Researching and identifying potential clients using various prospecting tools and techniques
  • Outreach – Effectively conveying Float’s value to Canadian companies through cold calling, emailing, and other communication channels
  • Relationship Building – Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations by understanding their business needs and challenges, and positioning Float as a solution
  • Pipeline Management – Maintaining an accurate record of all communication with prospects, and organizing a stable pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Collaboration with Sales – Partnering with Account Executives to set up successful discovery and demo calls, and drive campaigns and tactics that get results
  • Scaling & Refinement – Strategizing with teammates to innovate & improve the overall business development process
  • Being the Voice of the Customer – Working internally with other departments to share feedback and raise customer stories that we can learn from
