A Snapshot of Your Day Trench Canada Instrument Transformers is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our After Sales team. The ideal candidate for this role should be detail-oriented, with the ability to work and understand the concepts of instrument transformers manufacturing, as well as the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Main duties include serving as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty and non-warranty repairs, and coordinating activities with engineering, production and test lab teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests.
Your Tasks:
- Work in collaboration with the Engineering and Quality teams to support customers with inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinate warranty and non-warranty returns and repairs’ activities ensuring compliance with schedule and customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to task management by ensuring that all customer requests are thoroughly addressed and fully completed prior to closing any service case.
- Identify trends in order data, analyze customer feedback and work alongside the quality team members to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Collaborate in root cause analysis and tear down investigations.
- Maintain precise and detailed communication records, with appropriate documentation of NCRs.
- Review current After Sales workflows and identify areas for improvement, propose and implement process enhancements to streamline operations.
- Review Customer Care Initiatives project and support the team to deploy further actions as well as enhance initiatives already implemented.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related energy field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies is preferred.
