About the role
The workplace is Danyluk Park. The work schedule is variable, from Monday to Friday.
Job Description The work consists of taking charge of a group of children in order to look after them and lead them in various daily camp activities under the authority of the skateboard camp supervisor.
EXAMPLES OF TASKS PERFORMED
- Looks after a group of children, and ensures their safety at all times.
- Provides the parents with any relevant information about their children.
- Takes part in the development of the program of daily activities.
- Performs any other related tasks.
SCOPE The tasks of the job require an exact order of execution. The employee has no possibility of planning or of organizing the activities, they are predetermined in advance. The work is normally closely monitored.
Required Training And Experience Certificates of competence :
- First Aid and CPR (Training available for selected candidates, date to be determined);
Experience :
- Experience at a camp or with children.
Requirements
- Sense of responsibility;
- Bilingual*;
- Maturity, creativity and dynamism;
- Knowledge of sports, games and skateboard activities;
- Skilled at working with the public.
- Knowledge of English is a requirement due to possible interactions with the Town’s residents
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT
- From June 29 to August 14, 2026 (4 weeks).
PLEASE NOTE Candidates must be available for interviews in April 2026.
